Business Development Intern

Job Description

  • The selected candidates will be trained by existing core team member and will immediately start field sales by independent contribution or by assisting senior business development executives
  • Candidate to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. “Get the sales” using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc.)
  • Evaluate customer speciality, needs, feedback and build productive long-lasting relationships
  • Meet personal and team sales targets
  • Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads. Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts
  • Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
  • Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally

Stipend

6000-12000 INR (Fixed + Travelling Expenses + Variable based on overall performance + Incentives per unit sold)
